Service Agreement for Digital Download

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Well Fed Health (“Seller”) and the purchaser (“Buyer”) of the digital product titled Well Fed Health Journal (“Product”). By purchasing and downloading this Product, the Buyer agrees to the following terms:

  1. One-Time Purchase The Product is sold for a one-time price of $7.97. Upon payment confirmation, the Buyer will receive a digital file for personal use.

  2. No Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after the purchase is completed.

  3. Personal Use Only The Product is intended for the Buyer’s personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of the Product, in whole or in part, in any format is strictly prohibited.

  4. Copyright and Intellectual Property The Seller retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Product. Unauthorized use, duplication, or sharing of the Product constitutes a violation of copyright laws.

  5. Limitation of Liability The Seller is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to printing or compatibility issues.

  6. Acceptance of Terms By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
